Travel policy
Services are based in Beloit, Wisconsin. In-person services requiring travel outside the Beloit area may include additional travel expenses. Any travel-related cost will be discussed and approved before booking is confirmed.

Payment, cancellation & refund policy

After availability is confirmed, a secure payment link will be sent by email or text. Full payment or the required deposit is due within 24 hours. Your date is not reserved until payment is received.

All client payments, deposits, and travel expenses are nonrefundable.
Individual sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Group and organizational experiences may be rescheduled once with at least seven days’ notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit all payments and require a new payment to book again.
If Roshelle cancels and an alternative date cannot be arranged, the payment will be refunded.
